We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery (subject to stock availability).

All orders to the value of or above $100 are eligible for free shipping. This applies for retail tanning product only and not for any professional production equipment
Stock exchanges: in general, PBS does not accept exchanges for change of mind or the choice of incorrect colour. Any exception to this policy must be within 7 days of purchase, approved by PBS prior to return and is subject to a 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) restocking fee. Any returns should always be accompanied by a Goods Return Form (these can be obtained from Head Office).
If you are not satisfied with our products please email email@example.com to obtain a Good Return form, prior to the return of the product. This form must be completed on all returned products. Items must be returned within 7 days of original dispatch date and in its original condition and include all original packaging. We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
Our Quality Control team will always try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & restocking charges.
Should you receive any damaged or incorrect products upon receipt of your order, please phone Head Office immediately and quote your invoice number. This product will need to be returned to Head Office with a Goods Return Form within 7 days from the invoice. The correct product will be sent out and invoiced immediately. Credit notes will not be issued until the product has been received back Head Office. Once goods are accepted they are under “Buyers Care”.
