General FAQs

  • When will my order ship?

    Our products usually ship within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or holidays). However, if we have a big promotion or new launch, shipping could take a bit longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
  • My order has been shipped, when will it get to me?

    When your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code so you can find out where your parcel is at any time! Express delivery – 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends*) Please note Express delivery to WA, NT and rural areas will take 3-4 days. Click here for further details.
  • Why isn’t my Promo Code Working?

    If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you: You’ve already used the code. Some of our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it may not work again. The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items. The code has been entered incorrectly. The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again. The code has expired. If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues with the code, we’ll need to see a screenshot of your shopping bag that shows the promo code and all items in your bag.
